Please include your lot number and/or physical address in the Name field when you reach the billing information page (example: John Doe, Lot 42).

There is an additional $5-15 Service Fee for every HOA charge that will appear as a "Shipping" on your final account payment submission screen. This fee covers the cost of credit card services and administration fees for payment processing. The HOA dues do not cover credit card services and administration fees for payment processing.
