Our Programs
Lease-Only Service
We propose to fully advertise your property, screen and qualify
applicants and initiate the lease agreement at the cost of
1/2 of one full month's rent.
Full-Service Management
We qualify tenants for your properties. Managers personally:
- Show your property to potential tenants
- Conduct personal interviews with potential tenants
- Run credit Checks
- Verify information: employment, income, bank rating and rental
history
Administration
- Set up and maintain all necessary files and accounting system
- Bill Paying such as: mortgages, property taxes, insurance
& utilities
- Provide owner with regular monthly financial reports
- Pay owner income as direct deposit or by company check
Collections
- Follow up on late payments by preparing and sending late
payment letters
- Prepare and send Eviction Notices
- Pursue delinquent account through collection agencies and/or
court action
Repair & Maintenance
- Regularly inspect the property and identify any need for
repair or preventative maintenance
- Review property condition with owner and determine action
to be taken
- We only use reputable, reliable and affordable service people
- There is no charge for written bids and estimates
- We are available 24 hours a day for maintenance needs
